I had been to The Dressroom and Becker's (see my review of Dressroom), but Ritche definitely had a better selection, undamaged samples to try on, and fast, helpful staff. I was only there half an hour and haven't found The Dress yet, but I am definitely going back there and will likely find my dream dress there. I only had time to try on about 5 Maggie Sottero dresses, all of them were gorgeous silk and beading.

IF you buy at Ritche make sure you ask exactly how much alterations will cost. When i purchased my dress I asked this question and the told me $80 for each side. They never mentioned anything about any other extra costs! I ended up paying $570 for alterations! When I asked the girl why it was costing so much she said these are our "set prices". So if they have set prices they need to tell you all of this before you purchase a dress. I was devastated walking out of the store.

I had a really good experience in this store, although I didn't find my dress yet. Yvette, the consultant was friendly, helpful and honest. she let my friend to take pictures of dresses on me which helped me compare them when I came home.
I would go back again for a second try.

I haven't even stepped foot into this store yet but Ashley was nothing but amazing on the phone! So helpful in my dress disaster caused by another store. I plan to visit Ritche just because she was so wonderful with answering questions and getting the right information I needed. Thank you so much! Amazing service!!

I am having a horrible experience trying to order a brides maid dress for my friends wedding. I call in at noon with my measurements, gave them my credit card number and was only told I would get a invoice via email than promptly hung up on. I was upset that I was given no information on price or when to expect the order to be in but never mind I'd just look at the invoice. I assumed the transaction was complete. I get an email 4 hours later indicating I should fill it out with my credit card number again and a signature and fax it to them with in 24 hours. Firstly, I was not advised of this over the phone and secondly am in no way comfortable sending my signature and credit card information this way. Honestly 58 years experience and this is how orders have to processed. If I had been told anything about this process over the phone I would have told them never mind I'll come into the store.
