I had been to The Dressroom and Becker's (see my review of Dressroom), but Ritche definitely had a better selection, undamaged samples to try on, and fast, helpful staff. I was only there half an hour and haven't found The Dress yet, but I am definitely going back there and will likely find my dream dress there. I only had time to try on about 5 Maggie Sottero dresses, all of them were gorgeous silk and beading.

IF you buy at Ritche make sure you ask exactly how much alterations will cost. When i purchased my dress I asked this question and the told me $80 for each side. They never mentioned anything about any other extra costs! I ended up paying $570 for alterations! When I asked the girl why it was costing so much she said these are our "set prices". So if they have set prices they need to tell you all of this before you purchase a dress. I was devastated walking out of the store.

I had a really good experience in this store, although I didn't find my dress yet. Yvette, the consultant was friendly, helpful and honest. she let my friend to take pictures of dresses on me which helped me compare them when I came home.
I would go back again for a second try.

I haven't even stepped foot into this store yet but Ashley was nothing but amazing on the phone! So helpful in my dress disaster caused by another store. I plan to visit Ritche just because she was so wonderful with answering questions and getting the right information I needed. Thank you so much! Amazing service!!

I am having a horrible experience trying to order a brides maid dress for my friends wedding. I call in at noon with my measurements, gave them my credit card number and was only told I would get a invoice via email than promptly hung up on. I was upset that I was given no information on price or when to expect the order to be in but never mind I'd just look at the invoice. I assumed the transaction was complete. I get an email 4 hours later indicating I should fill it out with my credit card number again and a signature and fax it to them with in 24 hours. Firstly, I was not advised of this over the phone and secondly am in no way comfortable sending my signature and credit card information this way. Honestly 58 years experience and this is how orders have to processed. If I had been told anything about this process over the phone I would have told them never mind I'll come into the store.

This place is amazing! I already had two appointments with Jessica, and the experience in both times was wonderful. This is definitely the place I will be purchasing my dress in. Jessica is sweet, professional, and provides great fashion advice... The selection at this store is incredible and I kept seeing more and more dresses I loved. The final selection will not be easy...

For those of you who are particular about time, I recommend to come on a less busy day. My first appointment was on Wednesday evening and the place was packed. I went into the fitting room 10 minutes after the hour. However, the remaining 50 minutes were nothing short of pure fun and amazing service. The second time I came was on Friday afternoon and I started my appointment early thus it lasted for 1:15 minutes approximately. I came to this appointment alone, and Jessica took tons of photos of me to show my friends and family and she remained friendly and energetic throughout the appointment. In other places I went to the consultants were wonderful to begin with but then slowly faded towards the end...

Anyways, I recommend this place to all of you! thank you Jessica, and see you soon again.

I went to Ritche as my first bridal experience, and this place is completely horrible!!
Firstly, there were two ladies at the front desk when I arrived and both acted too busy chatting to take me, secondly they do not let you pick your own dresses. Third, the service is disrespectful and just simply rude!! Given that this was my first appointment ever I was excited about getting the opportunity to experience the choosing and trial experience. Apparently I was being helped by the "manager" who only asked what pics I had looked at and what I thought I liked. After listening to me for exactly 2 seconds she said "ok, i'll get a few for you to try on" and walked out of the room. Most of the apt consisted of me waiting while she talked with her coworker. I tried on a total of 3 dresses and after 37 mins of the apt I was done; I told her that I was not interested in continuing my apt. She did not ask why or show any concern, in fact as I was leaving she noticed that I was currently reading the "50 Shades of Grey" novel and expressed more interest and excitement then she had during the whole bridal apt. My point ladies is, as a bride you are going to spend quite a bit of money and time, this place does not respect either. Given that It is on Avenue Rd I assumed they would have better manners and customer service skills; they do not. I have visited 3 other bridal shops since, both in Toronto and in Florida and Ritche is the only place that treats there clients like garbage. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! Terrible, terrible experience!!

I needed to get a bridesmaid dress from this store and let me tell you, we had the worst service ever. They ordered the wrong size dress and then tried to tell me i gained 5inches in a 2 month period. The store manager avoided meeting with us and would not allow me to speak with the owner. They then made me pay for the fabric and tried to get me to pay for the alternations.
I will nevered walk in to this store again.
