I liked the store i liked the product i did not care for the customer service. The fact i am white and live in Beijing and Vietnam ... speak the languages ... i prefer not to be talked about when i am there in front of me like i have no idea.
I always buy my glasses in Toronto and submit the bill for my works insurance one a year when i am home.
I think there has been a misunderstanding. Your glasses were shipped to you, but you were not home at the time of delivery so the courier left a notice in your mailbox. We have already discussed this over the phone and you have already received your glasses. Thank you very much for your business and I am looking forward to seeing you again.

I've bought Rx glasses, sunglasses and snowboard googles from different shops across the GTA but only discovered Minh Chau Optical a year ago. Was referred to them by a rep at an Oakley boutique who told me they would probably have more items in stock! I've bought 3 pairs of glasses so far from MC; Tiffany Rx's for my wife, a top end pair of Oakley Polaroids and a pair of Maui Jims. Ask for Sunny if you visit the store. He lives up to his name:-)
Based on my experience to-date, MC is my 'go to' place for glasses (and my next Omega watch when I'm in the market for a new one). I highly recommend them.
