Kol Kid
Kol Kid sells a range of educational and decorative toys, shower gifts and bedding accessories. There's stuff here for both newborns and toddlers. I once bought an Ernie puppet (of Ernie and Bert fame) here and the kid loved it!

Best children's store in Toronto - I've have never seen such a well edited collection of merchandise!

I love this store, I make it a regular stop on my queen street walks. I never know what I am going to find there. The staff could be a little more friendly. it is far better than baby on the hip - I don't know how you could even compare the two.

Used to love this store till I had to return a hat that turned out to be too big for a friend's baby. Will never shop here again, although I used to buy at least one outfit and toy every two months for a birthday, baptism, or other such occasion.
Bad customer service.

I too had a terrible return experience. I bought a pair of winter boots for my daughter. Lisa the owner convinced me to buy them. She did not warn me that they fit tight nor that there was a no refund policy, only store credit. I returned them less than 24 hours later as I physically could not get them on her feet. Expecting a refund I was shockedto find it was credit or exchange only, but they had no other boots so it was impossible to exchange. I have now had to pay for 2 pairs of winter boots! I agree, terrible customer service.

The prices are outrageous and the customer service is laughable. I live in the area but only shopped there a few times, as each experience was more ridiculous than the last. The place reeks of greed.

expensive??? well if the merchandise is expensive to buy... well it´s only expected that the final price for the customer is also going to be expensive....right??? the store is complete with almost everything you need to buy for children,... so if it is a buck or two more than any other store.. well instead of spending gas money going all over the place looking for stuff why not just go directly to one place!!!??? basically i thought the store was if not complete .. almost.with very good taste

I love this store! It has the most beautiful and unique items! I have NEVER had a bad customer experience here. Everyone has been friendly and helpful!

terrible customer service, last time i voluntary spend money in a store when people have no respect for the costumers, and worst of all no respect to new mother, family's and baby's. whatever, they just want your money.
