Been a few years since I shopped there, but the people who work at this place are the snobby type, and may even artibitrarily shun people from purchasing shoes.

Called before heading down once to check availability, get there 30mins later and the 5 pairs they claimed to have were sold.

Just my personal experience, who knows, maybe they really did sell them all that fast.

There is no doubt that Goodfoot has a nice selection of shoes to choose from and I myself have bought a couple of pairs. The fact still remains, the aura of snobbery and elitism is highly noticeable even before you step foot in to the store. Some of the people that work there deserve a beatdown. I guess thats streetwear culture for you though, your character is based on how exclusive your hat-shirt-jeans-shoes are. It's quite pathetic really.

Boycott this store like the plague! Their customer service is atrocious. Their shoes are ridiculously overpriced. They don't offer any refunds at all for any reason whatsoever. Their return/exchange policies are posted nowhere in the store and their staff are total liars when it comes to informing customers of what these policies are. The short black guy who works in the Richmond St. store is the worst of them all. They play some annoying and godawful rap music in the store as well. Tell all your friends, relatives and acquaintances to boycott all of their stores in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal.

Sorry everyone, but i agree with "anonymous". The staff consists of young morons, that think they are smarter than the average monkey. Shoes are over priced. BOYCOTT this place. wal-mart has better staff and they're all immigrants.

I know what people mean about the staff in GoodFoot but you've just got to take the p1ss out of them when you go in. I had immense fun dealing with one guy who clearly had ideas above his station.
A bit of a footwear aficionado in my late 30's, he tried giving it the 'big one' about what he knew and I wiped the floor with him. My wife couldn't stop laughing.
Still, bought a few pairs of rare Adidas at a cheap price (i'm from the UK) so it was all good.

Oh yeah... A couple of guys looking after a shoe store are out of my league. I swear this has probably got to be the first time I've come across dudes making minimum wage but think they're the $#!t. I'm surprised Matt George lets this go on. Livestock and Stolen Riches are exceptionally better than them. And if you think they're sick, then I guess you're out of my league too...haha!
