This place is completely overpriced and the staff gives off a stuck up vibe which makes it quite unpleasant to shop there. It's completely obvious that they have marked up their prices by a lot, I've found the same products at different store for much cheaper. I don't recommend anyone to shop for dresses here, it's better off that you should go somewhere else that gives you better service and a better place. Honestly, costume jewelery for over $50 is ridiculous.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE!! I bought a bride maids dress in July '07. I went to try it on in Jan '08 the material had spots all over it, the dress was ruined. Took it back to the store to see what they could do, refused to give me any compensation for the dress. I did not want a refund on the dress, all I asked for was store credit not even the full $300.00 that I paid just something to show customer service and appreciation. The manager went as far to say that the spots were from deodrant, yeah I rub deodrant all over my dress!! The staff are not nice, accomadating or even helpful the "designer" Pam Chorley is a joke as far as I am concerned!! Its a complete waste of money and frankly the clothes are not well made at all!! Prior to the wedding I had to take the dress to be taken in, this seamstress laughed at the way the dress was made! I should have known then that there would be problems!! Love to support local designers but Pam Chorley doesnt deserve any support, she deserves to be out of business!!
