Davids Shoes TorontoDavid's is a high-end shoe boutique that been getting our feet fancy since 1951. The usual suspects are on display, including Valentino heels ($1095) and a delightful pair of mint snakeskin pumps by Christian Louboutin ($1095). The shop is swanky, the staff is helpful, but look elsewhere if you're starved for designer goods at consumer prices.

Bought a pair of loafers here 30 years ago and they fell apart after one wearing. They were improperly made and some of the nails in the heals were actually coming through to the inside of the shoe. Couldn't wear them. I returned them to the store and the manager with great indifference told me that they could do nothing about it. With this attitude, I've not shopped there since and would not recommend the store to anyone.

I have been shopping at DAVIDS for the past 5 years and they really have a great balance between business and casual. The selection is the closet thing to Barneys in TORONTO....Love the store design too!

I use to work for them they did not pay and made us work on Christmas night to do mark downs

Walked around the store and immediately knew it was a crappy place. Some clues include:

- Snobbish sales people
- Trendy and piece of shit shoes on display (Gucci and Prada lolol, as opposed to real mens shoes like AE, Alden, C&J, Lobb).
- Didn't even bother walking in
