loyal customer for life!
My Mother has real difficulty now-a-days with her eyes, as she is now quite mature in age and has several eye related health problems, Tan makes this rather arduous task of finding the right glasses, which have to be the right size to accommodate her prescription needs. He takes a great deal of time and effort to help us make sure she has the right fit & can see properly with her new glasses, He even makes sure if there is an issue she can return the glasses / lenses if we need an adjustment (which we have had to do in the past).
We've recommended lots of friends and colleagues to China Optical over the past probably 10+ years, great place, lots of choice, great service.
I'd also like to thank Amy as she has been very helpful in all aspects of service which makes my customer experience a wonderful time at Chinatown Optical!
This place is very recommended!

To be competitive the store gives generous discounts on frames and lenses, sometime the quality of service is questionable? The sales associate has no optical knowledge; why are they giving advise on lenses and frame when they don’t know how to interpret the prescription?
Avoid going on weekend, store over crowded and smells.
Ideally, if you are looking for a “value store” and a place to bargain Chinatown Optical welcomes you, don't expect service after since you already have a deal.
They the best!
