Irina, the owner, is hilarious. She's fun but you can tell she's also dead serious about her business. She makes sure that her clients have the perfect wax job (she's a really fast waxer btw), baby soft feet and perfect manicures.
Today I went and was given a manicure by Irina's employee Natalie and she's amazing too! Very nice, very social and a polish perfectionist.
To me when I'm getting waxing and mani/pedis done cleanliness is key, as well as quality of work, price and lets face it, it's nice to be around nice people when you're sitting there four an hour or two. Buffer does it all...bye bye Ten Spot: you're too expensive and your service is inconsistent.
