High Lonesome Wednesdays f. Crazy Strings *15th Anniversary Show*
For the past 15 years patrons of High Lonesome Wednesdays have been gathering at The Silver Dollar Room to watch and enjoy resident band Crazy Strings perform local bluegrass at its best. High Lonesome Wednesdays have become one of the most successful weekly music shows in Toronto, playing music that Earl Scruggs could recognize as the sound he pioneered with Bill Monroe and the Bluegrass Boys. The night has become the gathering place for both veterans of the scene, and the new generation. Come and celebrate the world's longest running bluegrass residency on Wednesday, January 30th, 2013 featuring resident bluegrass icons Crazy Strings with special guests Doug Paisley, Simone Schmidt, Kristine Schmitt and past members of the Band!
