Philly guitarists' slow meditative compositions move through repetitive states, revealing warm melodies, that meander, almost absent mindedly. Pulling influences from flamenco shreddery & melding it with modern folk tangents & a sense for experimentation, Eric pushes the acoustic guitar from beautiful passages of juxtaposed notes to angular string bending jabs. A true give & take, inflicting the wound, only to practice sewing it up in the most pleasing way.

The man, the legend, your friend & buddy! Toronto's gregarious guitar guru, poised in the territory between avant jazz noddlery, psych iconoclasm & the folk traditions of culture past & present. Humble in the presence of peace, but never one to turn down a dance with chaos, Colin's guitar work moves through effects laden articulations into psychedelic soundscapes, and blistering walls of feedback & notes crushed against each other & then left to flounder in a sea of raw energy. 1/2 of Not The Wind, Not The Flag, come make the hang.
