The Bicycles have reformed. They have new songs! They are blowing minds once again. Did you know that Spin Magazine once said this of the Bicycles?

"If Wes Anderson ever cottoned on to (The Bicycles) swooning chamber pop, which draws from the Kinks and the Beach Boys, he'd soak his scarf with tears of joy."

Tusks has been forever, and will be forever. New album "Total Entertainment" came out in November and has been confounding the masses.

"Despite its trim length (just over half an hour), the album feels epic, which can partly be attributed to the song-to-song genre-jumping and partly to Khan’s dense, poetic, cerebral lyrics." -- Now Magazine (4 Ns)

The Pinecones (thepinecones.bandcamp.com)

These guys basically play rings around everyone. They also play with everyone: Mike O'Neill, Bidini Band, Octoberman... At a recent show, Ron Sexsmith called Paul "the best guitar player in the city". Then he invited up Andy Kim and they played "Sugar, Sugar".

Wax Atlantic (waxatlantic.bandcamp.com)
