The Lost Boys

Be prepared for a literary adventure.

Three authors from coast (Halifax) to coast (Vancouver) to bay (…North Bay) gather in Toronto to celebrate their new books and show off their well-earned literary merit badges.

A teenage boy is accused of terrorism and imprisoned, stuck in a nightmare world he can’t escape. A man, disillusioned with life, embarks on a cross-country journey with his new dog, a dog that turns out to be mostly wolf. A truck driver seeks sanctuary from his abusive wife in a fantasy world of strip clubs and personal ads.

Join us at Type Books on November 21 to hear these tales of good men lost, bad men redeemed, and good men gone bad. Ian Colford (The Crimes of Hector Tomás), Barry Grills (Every Wolf’s Howl) and John Vigna (Bull Head) will read from their new books, and a reception and book signing will follow. Antanas Sileika will host the evening.
