25th Trillium Book Award shortlisted author readings

Finalists for the 25th Trillium Book Award will take the stage to share excerpts from their nominated books on June 19, 2012 – one night before the winners are announced on June 20th. Authors include Tony Burgess, Ken Babstock, David Bezmozgis, Phil Hall, Aurélie Resch and Monia Mazigh.

In addition, two panels will discuss the top favourite winning titles for the Trillium Book Award from the previous 24 years as selected in a public contest run by Open Book. A celebrity critics’ panel will discuss the top favourite English titles, while a panel of students from The Toronto French School will discuss the favourite French titles.

Book enthusiasts are encouraged to attend this exciting, free-admission event.
