Workshop: Shaping the Silhouette and Decorative “Fully Fashioning” with Fiona Ellis

Fiona Ellis, renowned knitwear designer, will present an informative talk on changing trends in knitwear over the twentieth century and lead a workshop featuring interesting methods of increasing and decreasing stitches to change the shape of the piece and to create decorative effects. In demand internationally as a designer and speaker, she is also the author of Inspired Cable Knits (2006), Knitspiration Journal (2006) and Inspired Fair Isle Knits (2007). www.fionaellisonline.com
