Slim Twig CD Release at The Horseshoe

For anyone unfamiliar with Slim’s own brand of dissonant and eerie rockabilly-twinged electronic pop… It’s not an easy listen, but much of the best moments in music haven’t been - yet, there’s something undeniably catchy and mesmerizing about the whole thing. As NOW magazine put it "It’s like someone gave Nick Cave a sampler and a pile of mescaline and locked him in a pitch-dark room for a week." His live show though, is as much a visual treat as anything I’ve ever come across – cathartic, raw and intense – watching Slim writhe around a stage is an incomparable experience. If you’re looking to be part of music history, this is not a show to be missed.
