ToboR the RoboT

Toronto Youth Theatre presents ToboR the RoboT, a new musical by Artistic Director Jeremy Hutton, Music Director Kieren MacMillan, and fourteen TYT students. ToboR the RoboT, a family show for all ages, premiers at the Lower Ossington Theatre from May 20th to 23rd 2009.

Eight students collaborated with leading youth directors and musicians Jeremy Hutton and Kieren MacMillan to write this touching one-hour musical about a robot who longs to become a real boy. With the addition of six extra cast members, this collaborative creation features all new story, songs, and dialogue.

Coming from the success of sold-out performances of Into The Woods, the Toronto Youth Theatre is excited to be creating new work and thrilled to showcase this cooperation between the TYT youth and our professional creative team!
