Ladybug sets itself apart from other florists with a high commitment to service, as countless relieved brides can surely attest. With its flagship location at Church and Wellesley (and another at Islington and Lakeshore), Ladybug always seems to offer pristine-looking blooms, and will work (patiently) with customers to create custom arrangements.

I called in one day prior to Valentine's day and Laura was very helpful!
I had a budget around 70 dollars for a bouquet with delivery service in mind. What Laura did was to offer a even better budget that's lower and it totaled around 59 dollars. Amazing! When it came to which type of flowers to put into the bouquet, Laura assured me that there will be a team of dedicated florist designers to create the best combination they can offer yet stay within the budget. What a relief!!
On the day of the delivery, I set the delivery time from 1pm to 9:30pm. Big mistake because I expected the flowers would reach my gf by 1pm but it arrived 3:50pm. So please set the delivery time frame shorter!
The bouquet was beautiful! It came in a carefully packaged cardboard box bottom with a clear plastic cover to protect the flowers. When my gf opened the protective package, there was a glass vase, and a personalized message card that I instructed Laura to put in. By the time she read my message, she sobbed hahah
Anyways, all in all 8/10 rating for me! I'm definitely going back and you should try, too
