Avenue at Davenport is renowned for being fresh-cut flower central. Kay and Young's Florist in particular, whose rainbow of roses line the corner year-round.

Lots of variety & great prices, but personally, I prefer their competitor a few stores south of them (on the same block) -- Grower's Market. They are much friendlier & just as price competitive. Grower's also does gorgeous arrangements & boutquets, I think better than Kay's.
