FoglieBrightening up St Clair West is Foglie ("leaves" in Italian). Co-owner Lily Contento is also a writer, her published works including an anthology of flower poems.

Fantastic shop. I remember the owner telling that the St. Clair right-of-way debacle had hurt business, so if you're in the area at all, definitely go by. She helped me put together a fantastic arrangement for my GF (despite my knowing very little about these sorts of things). Took no time at all, and the price was great for the quality, which was exceptional.

Flowers were delivered to a neighbor and no note was left advising me. I got the flowers the next afternoon. Mostly dead. Flower shop offered an apology but nothing else. Pretty flowers are nice but only when they are fresh. Too much $$$ to flush away. Lots of other flower stores on St.Clair to use. Businesses were hurt by the construction (see above review) but will be hurt way more by poor customer service.

Foglie has been our Florist of choice for the last 3 years. Each year, our company has a Gala to thank our customers, This year Liberty Grand was the venue, and Foglie once again out did themselves with their artistic style. Thank you as always for your professional service, and advice.

I had the exact same experience as disgruntled. Flowers were late and sent to the wrong address. Trying to talk to the owner was a nightmare. She was rude and unapologetic. The worst customer service experience I've ever had, bar none. Unless some of these reviews are fake, all I can say is you take a serious chance coming here if you get the owner on one of her "bad days."
