Definitely the best bubble tea in Toronto! So many different kinds of tea at this shop and many are made when you order them. That's sadly unheard of at normal tea shops here....

Anyone know what time they open till? I've been dying to try this place out as ive heard so many great things about the bubble tea here at Chatime.

They close at 12 on weekends and i think 11 on weekdays. Their milk teas are without a doubt the best I've had in not only Toronto but better than Vancouver as well.

The Chatime is located right by the toronto bus terminal so I drop by at least twice a week. Once on my way to school and once when I come home for the weekend. I've never looked forward to a bus ride as much as I do now lol. It does get really busy sometimes but I the bubble tea here is certainly worth the wait. If they had one in London I'd be there everyday so I'm kind of glad they don't lol. All in all its the best bubble tea I've had to date.

Thank God we're not limited to 168 or bubble tease around Ryerson anymore. It's a little further from Ryerson than the other 2 places but I don't mind the extra 2 minute walk for quality bubble tea - or pearl milk tea as they call it in Taiwan.

Chatime is the best bubble tea place in Toronto! Hands down the most authentic, and oh so delicious :)

My personal fave is the roasted milk tea with grass jelly....I think i could honestly drink it every single day....I'm always so tempted to try one of their other drinks because there are so many that look so good but I can never bring myself to order anything but the roasted milk of these days though....

Finally a place that lives up to the hype! I've been hearing about this place from all my friends and seeing pictures plastered all over facebook. When I finally had a chance to go try it out (and finally got to the front of the line), i fully expected to be disappointed as all i kept hearing was how good the bubble tea was so I didn't think that there was any way it could be as good as people said it was. Well I can tell you now that I was 100% wrong. I tried that Chatime pearl milk tea as the cashier said it was their most popular drink and I can now see why. It was absolutely the best bubble tea i've had in my whole life!! I don't know what makes Chatime's tea's so different but the best comparison I can make is that Chatime is the Starbucks of bubble tea where as all the other places are like Coffee Time. This would explain the ever present lineups this place has. Give it a try, i promise you won't be dissappointed lol!

Everyone time i go passed this place it is jammed full of people. Ive never seen so many people line up for bubble tea before. Sometimes the line goes out the door, and its freezing cold outside :x

Chatime has seriously ruined me from other bubble tea places. I can't drink bubble tea from other chains anymore after trying their drinks. I live in scarborough and find myself driving all the way downtown for a F****** BBT! I don't know what it is about their teas but, they just taste so damn good....

I am a huge fan of chatime bubble tea. Does anyone know if they have another location in Toronto or elsewhere in the GTA? I'm all the way in Markham so commuting all the way downtown is a bit of a trek. Not that my friends and and haven't already done that to fulfill our chatime craving :x

WOW this place is amazing!

All the ingredients are imported from Taiwan for its authenticity. And yes, this is how bubble tea should be done, just like in Taiwan.

Having lived in Taiwan and drinking chatime all the time, I can't wait to try this one :)

Took the words out of my mouth! I agree, this is the best bubble tea place. Other bbt places do not even compare to Chatime. My bf lives in Scarborough too and we've driven there just for Chatime's bbt too! It's so addicting. Their green tea matcha red bean smoothie is really good, but I love their milk tea the best. The tapioca is chewy but smooth and soft too. I'm totally addicted to their drinks.

My first thought when I first came here with a group of friends was WTF look at that line up! We had made the trek all the way from Richmond Hill so we had no choice but to join the dozens of people already in line. This was quite a scene and we really should have taken a picture becuase you really have to see it to believe it. The line was all the way to the back wall and back to the door@!!!!@@! All this for bubble tea?!?!? First time in my life that I've had to wait 30mins for a bubble tea and apparently this is the norm here at Chatime on weekends though I'm told, some weekdays aren't much better. Were the drinks worth the wait? HELL YEAH! Like many comments above, they do something different here that you can really taste. Can't quite put my finger on it but the drinks do seriously taste so much better here. No wonder the lines are always so long. Why do they only have 1 store in Toronto though??

Hello everyone.... I need some help. I am new to the city and come from a small town that never offered such drinks (they didnt even have a starbucks haha). Now I see bubble tea everywhere and im quite intrigued to try it out. Im not much of a tea drinker (prefer coffee instead), but I do enjoy fruity drinks. Can anyone recommend a bubble tea to try? Because when it comes to tea, im well out of my league haha!
