Remarkable Beans has some very big plusses happening. I like their Rocket Fuel, which is the only thing I can drink here unfortunately. It's hardly rocket fuel. It just manages to be strong enough that you can taste it, and it's good. They don't do espresso very well though. There are some other negatives too. They need to renovate the shop in my opinion. I find lighting in a lot of shops to be problematic for reading. Here you can add to that problem uncomfortable seating...
There is usually room to sit and lots of natural light.
