All Things Tea brings, uh, tea to the Annex. On any given night, the place is packed with students taking advantage of the free WiFi or tea lovers just stopping in for some freshly steeped goodness.
The tea here is just excellent. Once I discovered loose leaf tea I bounced around Toronto trying to find a place that was reliably good and the moment I walked into All Things Tea I stopped looking. There is no hard sell, the clerks are very nice, and I'd SAY my only complaint was that they don't always have English Breakfast, but even that's been a boon: I never would have tried the delicious Margaret's Blend, or Blackberry, or Arctic Fire if I always had old reliable English Breakfast to fall back on.
1. There may well not be Wi-Fi. I don't know but I oft see people on their computers
2. The people are very polite
3. There's certainly an atmosphere, it's just subtle.
4. I'd say the quality of the tea is decent.
