Patty King Patty King reigns in Kensington market. My favourite is the Spicy Beef, with its great savoury filling and perfectly crisp and tender pastry. Patty King also offers Chicken, Goat, and other varieties, and its sweet coco bread is said to make for a delicious patty sandwich.

Over the years, living in Scarberia, I've checked out a lot of patty and jerk places, and I've checked out Allan's and other patties.

So with confidence, I can say - Patty King's Patties and 'seconds' are really superb. Only my mother, if she were from Jamaica or Guyana, would make them better.

This place has the most horriawful beef patties tastes like the shit you get in corner stores. Freddie B you have been living in Canada too long if you think those are good beef patties. A good place around my area (Wellesley and Sherbourne) is Mr. Jerk they have good everything Jamaican (patties, jerk, curry, oxtail ect)

These patties are disgusting! They get soggy and have no spices what so ever! Patties are meant to be flaky and flavourful! These patties do not meet these musts! The Best Patty You Will Ever Eat Are From RANDY'S!!!

I have to disagree with the comments above. I stopped in the progress location and had a spicy beef patty and it was delightful! The pastry was flaky and had the most beef out of all the parties I've tasted so far. They also offer real authentic carribean food. My favorite is the jerk pork and rice and peas, it is to die for... Check them out, but make sure to go early because it gets really buy at lunch :)
