In the Kitchen with Dinah offers fresh takes on classical recipes, and her pies are gorgeous looking. The whole shop is often filled with sweet apple smells when you walk in. They also offer 'free form' pies, which are delightful and creative. They're made by folding the dough over on itself instead of laying strips of dough on top. Dinah is known for her attention to detail and years of catering experience. She used to be in business with Wanda Beaver, from Wanda's Pie in the Sky. The pies are pricier than most but more than worth it.
