They're sold only on Thursday mornings out of Beast's back entrance, and it's wise to check their twitter feed for hours, stock updates, and flavours.

I live nearby so I don't go anywhere else for doughnuts, but these are easily the best I've had anywhere. Top 3: maple bacon (not as intense as you'd expect, but grows on you), margarita (lime and salt on a donut.... Genius), any fritter featuring a tart fruit (peach, apple, whatever). Honorable mention to brown butter bourbon, which I had for the first time today and which contains enough bourbon to warm your throat a little. A little weird in the morning, but genius.
