Dough by Rachelle, alternately known as Dough Toronto, produces a variety of gourmet donuts--from apple fritters, to double chocolate--using seasonal ingredients. They're sold only on Thursday mornings out of Beast's back entrance, and it's wise to check their twitter feed for hours, stock updates, and flavours.
