Did the 11th edition of the Power Ball live up to the hype? Billed as It's One Louder, many ideas turned out brilliantly while others.....um, not so much. Time to pick sides - the double roast pig was either delectable or disgusting; the smashed cars vivid or vapid; and the roller girls dandy or dangerous. But, hey, what more can we ask from an over-thought, under-funded art-party fundraiser where, if we admit the truth, the main feature is still the open bar (and the dollars raised for the Power Plant, natch).
