Pussy Pen Reading Series Seeks Readers

Tomorrow, Monday April 10th, (like most 2nd Monday's of the month throughout the year) brings another installment of Pussy Pen at Tango's.

Pussy Pen is a totally inclusive open mic night featuring spoken word, reading, and performance art. In their own words, "We would like to invite women and trans artists, shit disturbers, geeks/nerds, queers, and radicals of all persuasions to come out and share their work, thoughts/ideas, rants, raves, and battle scars at Pussy Pen."

While I've never quite been brave enough to take the stage, it's always an interesting night of obscure poetry, insightful readings and maybe even some zine trading. Check it out.
