Water cannons to control G20 crowds
We already knew they'd be using sound and force, but now police are saying they've added water to their G20 security arsenal.
Water cannons will be used to break up riots according to provincial police Const. Michelle Murphy of the Integrated Security Unit. The "water projection systems" were used in Quebec City (along with tear gas) in 2001 when the city hosted an international summit.
Authorities can't yet confirm whether police will be equipped with the new Super Soaker Wars Hydro Fury, or the vintage Super Soaker XP 250.
