Gallery Space: Darkness and Blue

This weekend in the Gallery Space:

Darkness Ascends on at MOCCA (952 Queen St W) this Friday, June 9th at 7pm. Consider the dark aspects of the human psyche and the era in which we live now until August 13th.

Opening alongside Darkness Ascends at MOCCA is Sideshow. Taking place in the media lounge of the gallery, Sideshow will feature works like tattoo and illustration.

The prints and drawings of Jason W. Fowler Fitzpatrick will be featured this month at the Eastern Front Gallery (750A Queen St E). The exhibit, body/marks, consists of "mono prints and process-driven drawings that are residue of conventional methods of mark making (drawing, mono prints, rubbings and tattooing)".

Edaas gallery (1168 Queen W)welcomes the students of Earl Haig Secondary school and their visual arts work. This impressive short-run exhibit features work from students in grade 9 through 12 and runs until Saturday night, June 10th.
