Here's what the Toronto Light Festival in the Distillery District looks like

The Toronto Light Festival in the Distillery District for 2019 is filled with installations by artists from around the world but also new daytime weekend programming including music, tastings, and even outdoor brunch at El Catrin. The festival is free and open to the public until March 3.
