  • Torteria San Cosme, the new Mexican sandwich shop from the folks behind Milagro, is now open in Kensington Market at 181 Baldwin Street.
  • Simit & Chai at 787 King Street West is a newly opened bakery and cafe specializing in teas and Turkish style street bagels. Try them in sandwich form loaded with toppings like cream cheese and smoked salmon or pastrami with fava bean paste and dill.
  • Freshii is now open in Liberty Village at 85 Hanna Avenue under the GoodLife.
  • New cafe/bar Page One is open and serving up espresso-based drinks, craft beer, salads, organic cold-pressed juice and more at 106 Mutual Street.

  • Ardo, a new southern Italian restaurant is in the works at 243 King St East.
