This week on DineSafe: Bloor Street Diner, Cusina Lounge, King Chef, Pam's Roti, School, Super Zamani, The Copper Chimney, Wild Wing

This week on DineSafe saw one restaurant closure and a handful of conditional passes handed out across the city. Let's start with the worst — The Copper Chimney. After an unimpressive inspection back in March, this North York restaurant was closed last week following the discovery of an insect infestation (hey, at least it's not mice) and other noteworthy infractions. But whatever doesn't kill you, right? Other spots making the DineSafe list this week include Super Zamani Butchers in North York and School Bakery down in Liberty Village, both of which sport speckled health inspection records. Pam's Roti, on the other hand, had a pretty clean record up until this week, when it was "awarded" a conditional pass for a total of eight infractions. Here are some of the noteworthy offenders on DineSafe this week.
