Craft Front

Since being christened into selling my own hand-made crafts at Pedal to the Metal in December, I have kept my eyes fully open for all things affordable, amazing and unique to buy in our bustling city. I just stumbled on these awesome TTC pins at Spacing.ca. I really think there is a Craft Movement happening, people! Perhaps the time has come to explore your inner craft roots, in this freezing 05? It seems like the craze is being felt all over town too. I bet it's the desire to sit surrounded by wool and warm beverages as the sky grows black at 5pm... On Queen West, Knit Cafe opened up a little while ago, and Lettuce Knit has been warming up Kensington Market for months. I am a bit of a newborn on this craft journey, and would love to hear about more spots the city has to offer, so drop me a comment! In the meantime, here is another one of my fave crafty-treat shops on Yonge, Propaganda.
