Now in its third year, the Toronto Underground Market is back for another summer festival season after debuting in its new home at 99 Sudbury this past Saturday. With inside and outside areas, the new venue was easily able to accommodate local food vendors including established favourites, delicious new concepts and previews from soon-to-open restaurants.
