This is what Toronto looked like in the 1990s

Toronto in the 1990s was a time before the internet became a thing, before iPhones and Instagram. It was a very different place, an era when the megacity came into existence, the SkyDome was still called such, and most LCBOs and other stores were still closed on Sundays.
