31

What neighbourhood are you from? Mississauga

What do you 'do'? Patient consultant for TLC Eye Center (pays the bills).

How long have you been in Toronto? All my life.

What's your story?

I work as a patient consultant but I also run sports programs for children and adults at a community centre. I love working in the community and am really passionate about working with children. I love hip hop and have a shoe fetish which my girlfriend isn't too happy about but my second job pays for it.

Favorite thing(s) about Toronto:

I hate to use this clichĂŠ but I really love the diversity - it's true to form. I love all of the people from the inner-city to the suburbs. There's so much talent that goes unnoticed.

Least favorite thing(s) about Toronto:

Government policy and lack of affordable social programs. The programs I run right now are free but for how long? People complain about crime but then, they don't give children enough outlets.

You have 24 hours to spend with someone who's never been to Toronto before - what do you do?

1. The ROM
2. Queen's Park
3. Jane & Woolner - it's an innercity area but an example of the positive change that can happen when a community takes positive action.

One thing that your friends/family don't know about you:

I really enjoyed the Sex and the City movie. I sucked my thumb until I was about 16. It helped me fall asleep.
