Is the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) actually considering listening to the city, local residents, and activists concerns about the proposed Queen West West high-rise development, or is the hearing a front?

Councillor Adam Vaughan wants a crackdown on nightclub nonsense. Nightclub owners would require paid permits to employ queues as a promotional tool outside their clubs, and he wants to be able to shut down clubs that have rowdy and/or public space intruding lineups.

Innocent until proven guilty is how things are supposed to work, but Ian Dean, 24, of Bowmanville is looking like a super creepy pedophile pervert so far.

The ROM needs to figure out a way to make money to cover their extensive reconstruction costs, and yet another condo plan is being proposed.

It wouldn't be a news day without Facebook getting mention. The latest scandal: the Provincial government is banning employees from accessing the site, and has blocked it.
