The quest to clear up Scarborough's undeserved bad reputation got a boost when Mayor Miller pledged his support by going to the media.

Canadian border services agents will be getting guns, and on schedule despite delays in psychological screening efforts.

Police gunned down two suspects at King and Bay in the wee hours of the night, and the investigation kept the area sealed off during the morning rush hour.

An intense domestic/business dispute in the Queen and Spadina area got really out of hand and resulted in gas being used to set fire to two people, and a attack with a snow shovel.

A controversial study in Quebec found that as many as 59% of Quebecers admit that they are somewhat rascist (compared to 47% of Canadians outside of Quebec). One statistician points to a major design flaw in the study.
