Coldplay is coming to Toronto next year

The massively successful (and rather divisive) British rock band Coldplay is coming to Toronto next year on the North American leg of their A Head Full of Dream tour.

They'll be playing one show at the Rogers Centre on August 21. But for all those Chris Martin fans, it's never too late to start planning ahead, especially since tickets go on sale next week.

The pre-sale for American Express card-holders and Coldplay.com fans starts on October 11, while tickets go on sale to the general public on October 15.

Coldplay hasn't been in Toronto since they released Mylo Xyloto back in 2011. Their shows are known to feature big money theatrics, so if you do grab a pair of tickets, you should be in for a treat.
