Your freaky and superstitious morning news roundup for July 13th, 2007:

Did you enjoy shouting at protest rallies while you were in college? If so consider joining the protest blitz at City Hall today to fight Mayor Miller's plan to set new home and motor vehicle taxes. Ra Ra Sis Boom Ba!

Are you thinking what I'm thinking... Makeover! For the TTC and its subway stations, at least.

An E.Coli outbreak in Scarborough is giving us a nice reminder to wash our food, and never, ever have outdoor picnics. The best kind of picnic is the indoor kind, on you neighbors carpet, while they're out of town and you're supposed to be cat-sitting.

The jury still has no idea what to do with Connie.

Are you ready? I've never been more prepared for anything in my life, personally.

Not a fan but still curious about how bad the Jays are doing this season? DJ, break it down!

I still think the real secret is letting it all build up for the day and doing one big flush before I go to bed, but I guess it really is just me.

And last but not least, nothing smells worse than finding a large pile of elephant dung on your lawn. Jerrold returns to the Brew after winning severe bout with "the lazy" next week. Ta!
