Flash Forward

To continue my rant about the excellence of the Ossington/Queen strip, there is more awesomeness happening at that cross section tonight! At Lennox Contemporary (12 Ossington) there is a show featuring emerging photographers from both Toronto and NYC. I'm curious to explore these fresh new faces and take a look at what new perspectives they've found through their lenses.

Knowing that Flash Forward is curated by Sophie Hackett and Jennifer Long has left me quite curious about tonight's event. The duo have worked together in the past, including curating The Found and the Familiar: Snapshots in Contemporary Canadian Art. That show featured approximately a dozen artists who used both found and personal snapshots in their work.

The opening for Flash Forward is tonight from 6-9pm, but you can catch the show until April 30th.
