Free cookies and veggie dogs tomorrow at Y/D Square

It may not have the same ring as free hamburgers or ice cream, but tomorrow at Yonge-Dundas Square there will be plenty of free food to be had. It's all part of 10,000 Tastes, an event sponsored by the Toronto Vegetarian Association. As part of the event (running from noon to 6pm), Tofurky will be giving away 5,000 free veggie dogs and Sweets from the Earth will hand out 5,000 free cookies. Beyond that there will be cooking demos, other vegan food samples, live music and (wait for it) vegan celebrity appearances!

Quick - name a vegan celebrity! Oh, wait, apparently there's a list here. The internet really does have everything.
