A Saturday afternoon stabbing didn't damper spirits at the 9th annual Salsa on St. Clair street festival. Taking place a week after the much tamer Corso Italia Street Festival, Salsa on St. Clair is one of Toronto's more unique street festivals as it's less about the food and bouncy castles and all about the music and dancing.
