Perverts Party at the Gardiner Museum

After checking out Ken Loach's The Wind that Shakes the Barley at the Ryerson Theatre, I cabbed it up to Bloor and Avenue Road where I was hoping to fill up on Jamie Kennedy finger food at The Pervert's Guide To Cinema soiree at the Gardiner Museum.

Alas, dinner it was not to be. There was the occasional cone of signature fries floating around, but most of the snacks seemed destined for the VIP lounge where host Jie Matar was spotted ushering in leggy models.

I didn't stick around for long. Lighting was a bit bright - perhaps to ward off potential thieves from departing with valuable ceramics - and the cash bar was woefully slow and under-staffed. The highlight of the night was definitely the gyrating man outside, no doubt transfixed by the blue Jabba The Hut Palace character on stilts across the courtyard.
