My Market Bakery closes after employee accusations

If you're looking for fresh bread in Kensington Market, you won't be able to get any at My Market Bakery. That's because the store at 184 Baldwin St. abruptly shut down last week.

This isn't altogether surprising, considering some former employees accused owner Gary Rogers of not paying them part of their wages.

Now, as Global writes, Rogers's landlord - as well as another vendor - allege they're owed money as well.

This isn't the first Kensington Market business to close under these circumstance. In July, The Grilled Cheese shut down after four employees claimed they weren't getting paid in full.
