Drake and Susur Lee's restaurant Fring's now open

Fring's, Drake and Susur Lee's much anticipated eatery, has finally opened its doors to the public. Up until now, the whole ordeal has been pretty elusive, with the rare tightly-cropped photo sneaking up on Instagram. Luckily, you can now make your reservation and see the fruits of their labour in real life.

Though Lee, Bent, and Luckee all serve up Asian-influenced fare, Susur has populated the Fring's menu with what could best be described as a combination of tapas and elevated pub food.

This looks like an entourage friendly place, to be sure. You'll find indulgent eats like southern spicy maple fried chicken, mom's homemade sweet & sour meatballs, and the Susur burger served alongside offerings like grilled lamb chops and mushroom pappardelle.

In other words, the menu is kind of all over the place, which will probably work for the scene-inspired crowd sure to flock here.

Vegetarians are not excluded from the action. There's kale Caesars, avocado toast, and a handful more equally exciting plant-based bites. Frings, however, are noticeably absent from the opening menu. As of right now, there's plenty of reservation spots available, but one would expect that to change very soon.
