OPEN NOW

  • Wenona Craft Beer Lodge from the same folks behind Tallboys is now open at 1069 Bloor West. The menu features pizzas, tacos, sammies, and a daily selection of seafoods.
  • Ashdale Brunch & Espresso is now operational, dishing out eggs and lattes at 1560 Queen St. East.
  • The Beaches has gained a cozy new wine bar. Corks & Platters is open for business at 2220 Queen St. West.
  • Barista & Chef has taken over the address formerly El Cafetal at 1006 St. Clair Ave. West. On the menu you'll find Mediterranean dishes like roasted peppers with pan fried feta cheese, and, braised beef cheek and tongue with gremolata.
  • Boxcar Social has opened its highly anticipated sophomore coffee and wine bar in Riverside at 4 Boulton Ave.

  • CafĂŠ Boulud at the Four Seasons Hotel (60 Yorkville Ave.) is undergoing a major transformation and is set to relaunch in time for TIFF in September. The new menu will tap into Boulud's Lyonnais roots to feature rotisserie meats cooked over an open flame, plus soulful French bistro classics like hand chopped tartares seasoned table-side, and escargots persillade.
  • Paint Cabin a new food and wine bar is soon to open at 723 Gerrard St. East.
