Pho soup dumplings are the latest culinary creation from yosh.to in Toronto. These guys are taking the concept of Chinese soup dumplings, but filling the inside with pho flavours and ingredients. These dumplings are so big that you actually need a straw to slurp out all of the pho broth from them.
