Toronto FC to host Man City for friendly this spring
Manchester City will take on Toronto FC in a friendly on May 27th. This will be a chance for local football fans to see European league stars like Sergio Ag端ero and David Silva perform on the field at BMO Field.
The last friendly the club hosted was with Tottenham Hotspur F.C., which was particularly charged given that it pitted Jermain Defoe against his old team. That sort of drama won't exist this time around, but the star power of Man City will surely be enough to cram the the newly upgraded BMO Field come game time.
Season ticket holders have first crack at tickets to the match, while the public have their chance as of April 16.
