JV's Taste Buds is a relatively new Caribbean restaurant located in the heart of Scarborough. With regular favourites such as jerk chicken, ackee, and rice and peas, this place is quite the favourite with locals. Make sure you have some of their lovely oxtail gravy on your rice, it goes wonderful with the tender jerk dishes.
